Limited Ramen 2011
SORANOIRO’s first limited ramen was this cold noodles.
Although the colour looks very green, it has a sweet and sour flavour with a fresh taste.
It consists of the ice plant (puttina), young edible greens,
Japanese basil, green tomato, zucchini,
chicken chashu, marinated eggs,
a lot of vegetables, so it is very healthy.
This is SORANOIRO’s second limited ramen, the Korean spicy noodles.
With the image of the Korean SHIN ramen,
we tried to improvise it to our SORANOIRO style.
We blend it with salt-based sauce to the beef and clam soup base,
to create a unique two-blend spice.
As for the toppings, we have the softly boiled beef tendon.
With lotsu roots kimchi, sliced red onions, leeks, and sesame.
First, try eating 1/3 to half of the noodles,
then mix it well and continue the rest.
You can enjoy two times at once,
this is a ramen that you won’t be able to resist if you love spicy food.
