This is the official website of SORANOIRO Co., Ltd which was established in 2011 with the concept of "A ramen store that ladies would be able to come eat alone freely". We were the first in Japan to create the grand menu for the "Veggie Soba" (which the noodles, soup, and toppings were completely made from vegetables), the "Vegan Ramen" (which was mainly created for vegetarians), and last but not least, the "Gluten-free Ramen" (which was made for those with wheat allergy). We will introduce you to the menus from different locations, and provide the information for each store as well.

Tonkotsu Clear Broth Ramen (Shio)
This is a combination of pig feet, Japanese pork and mochi pork soup, and noodles made from domestic wheat flour.
The pork is hung and baked which gives a smokey flavour that is highly addictive.
Fatty Pork Dried Anchovy Ramen (Shoyu)
It is a combination of soup extracted at a low temperature from domestic kelps and Shirakuchi dried anchovies made from Hiroshima, horse mackerel dried anchovies and urume iwashi (round herring),
and noodles made with non-salt water.
It is a dried anchovy ramen with a gentle taste which brings back a nostalgic feeling.
You will also be able to choose having fatty upper part of the roast pork or not.
