This is the official website of SORANOIRO Co., Ltd which was established in 2011 with the concept of "A ramen store that ladies would be able to come eat alone freely". We were the first in Japan to create the grand menu for the "Veggie Soba" (which the noodles, soup, and toppings were completely made from vegetables), the "Vegan Ramen" (which was mainly created for vegetarians), and last but not least, the "Gluten-free Ramen" (which was made for those with wheat allergy). We will introduce you to the menus from different locations, and provide the information for each store as well.

〜Ramen〜
SORANOIRO’s ramen is the ramen that the owner Miyazaki would like to create presently. The highly hydrated noodles are mixed in a broth made from pork, chicken, and shellfish. Also, don’t miss our smoky Seto mochi-buta’s roasted pork.
〜Veggie Ramen〜
In March 2019, we had our first menu renewal ever since we have opened 8 years ago. The soup consists of organic carrots and onions, and it matches perfectly with the salt-based sauce made from clams. The noodles are mixed in with paprika powder which adds to the deliciousness.
〜Shio ramen with Herbs〜
The owner Miyazaki was inspired by Ramen Uzumaki located in Akasaka. There are 7 to 10 different types of daily herbs and fruits matched with each other. It is limited to only 5 bowls every day during lunch and dinner.
〜Vegan Shoyu Ramen〜
The menu is made from veggie broth and gluten-free shoyu (soy sauce) used from dry foods like konbu, as well as vegetables such as tomatoes and broccolis. If you choose brown rice noodles over the normal noodles, it would become perfectly gluten-free.
〜Vegan Tantanmen〜
This is a tantanmen with soup made from gluten-free soy-based sauce, veggie broth, and sesame paste. This is a really popular secret menu from SORANOIRO.
〜Muscle Ramen〜
This Ramen was created due to a high request on menus for high protein and low carbohydrates. One bowl contains 80g of protein. Not only is the protein blended into the noodles, the soup is also mixed with tofu refuse, and along with 150g of chicken breast and marinated soft-boiled eggs, it would definitely fill you up.
