1. Please tell us the reason you joined the company

When I worked at a wholefood company, I wanted to work in a ramen store in the future so I entered the ramen industry.

2. Why did you choose SORANOIRO out of all the other stores?

Because they make Veggie Soba where no other stores would make other than SORANOIRO.

3. What was the final reason that led you to join the company

Because I believed SORANOIRO company would grow even bigger.

4. Please tell us your career length in SORANOIRO

Entered as a part-time for one month→ Became a full-time employee at the Main Store
Became vice store manager of Kyobashi Store→ became store manager of Main Store, and Tokyo Station Store
Now, working as store manager of Kyobashi Store as well as Tokyo’s area manager

5. When do you feel the motivation and fulfillment?

I feel happiest when I received the opportunity to create special limited ramen, and able to deliver them to customers for them to try.

6. Please tell us your goal from now on

Firstly, I would like to be an independent area manager, and also go independent by the age of 34.

7. What kind of people do you think would be suitable for SORANOIRO?

Honest and modest, and work efficient people.
