3 Main Characteristics
We created 200 different types of limited menus, and made 30 – 40 types of limited ramen for 5 store locations within a year.
There are 3 – 6 types of ramen from the grand menu for each store location, and you will be able to learn about the noodles, soup, and toppings individually,
also, as there will be transfers between locations, you won’t be set to make the same menus from one store.
As better achievement, we have each employee go for carrot picking in Chiba, visiting soy sauce storage and chicken house in Kumamoto, and pig farms training in Hiroshima.
By connecting with the producers, SORANOIRO will be an environment where you will be able to learn about their thoughts and the charm of the ingredients to one heart’s content.
During the entire training, we will also be teaching you the know-hows for marketing, SNS and PR, finance and PL for those who wish to go independent for loans and store openings in the future.
Monthly salary of 250,000 – 320,000 yen, wage varies depending on over time, salary is given during training period as well.
Store manager allowance, manager allowance, family allowance, long-service allowance, area allowance, and budget attainment award are also available.
8 days of paid holidays are guaranteed a month. You may also discuss about longer vacations.
